I agree with Heather L. I absolutely love these shoes, had two pairs so far. Very light and very comfortable but both pairs broke in the same place so I had them restitched by a local shoemender. Really want to buy more but don’t want the same experience. Hopefully Hi-tec can check out and resolve.
I was initially very pleased with these sandals. I've had them for around a month and have only worn them at home, so they haven't been subjected to long walks, hiking, rough terrain, or particularly demanding use. From a comfort perspective, they were excellent. They fitted well straight out of the box, felt supportive, and comfortable. My only minor cosmetic criticism was the white Velcro, which looked a little garish when new, although this became less noticeable once it had picked up a bit of everyday wear. Unfortunately, today's experience has completely changed my opinion. The fixing for the rear ankle strap has snapped, despite the sandals having had very light use. Looking at the way the material has failed, I'm left with the impression that the vegan materials used are simply not as robust or durable as traditional leather would be. As a result, I've requested a refund rather than a replacement. That's a shame because I genuinely liked these sandals. They were very comfortable and a great fit, but durability is just as important as comfort, and I no longer have confidence that a replacement pair would last any longer. Overall, a very comfortable sandal let down by disappointing longevity.
I have had these sandals before, the fit is ideal, they are very comfortable and wash well. The grip is great for walking and climbing rocks. Would recommend.
this is my 3rd pair so as you gather I love them. On me they last a good 2/3 years and I wear them all the time...they are going away with me soon.
Great for what I need
Ordering was easy, the shoes arrived within a couple of days and are perfect for what I wanted at a bargain price!!! What's not to love. Colours are very muted and go with anything I wear. Have purchased another pair for when I wear them out!!

Great ordering experience. Shoes arrived very quickly and I was kept updated through the delivery process. They are just what I wanted to replace a worn out pair of walking sandals. Colors are great but neutral enough for to wear with most things.
When fastened at the heel there was about two inches of very noticeable white Velcro showing. A similar colour to the strap wouldn’t have been such a glaring difference. I unpicked it, cut the excess off and sewed the loose edge to secure it, a bit of a fiddle but looks so much better.
Just what I need for the summer. Practical, comfortable and lovely colours.
Love these sandals, bought my second pair after being very happy with my first pair which lasted a long time with lots of wear. They are very comfortable and perfect for walking and everyday wear.
I have had this make of sandals before. They are very comfortable and not so 'clunky' as most walking sandals.
This is the 4th and 5th pairs of thease sandals. I wear them so much because they are so comfortable.
