CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact us immediately on our customer services number 01452 687830 and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN'T WORKING?
When you sign up, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your welcome code (please allow 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox). When you reach checkout, enter the code into the Discount field and click Apply. Please note that discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. All discount codes are provided by us, we do not use third parties. If you still have any issues, please contact email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?
We currently do not offer exchanges on our website but we will be happy to refund you for a product you wish to return, if it is returned suitable for re-sale and in the original box with all labels and packaging in place. If you want to exchange, you can return your product and place another order with us. For more information and any queries regarding returning or exchanging your order please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information. Do not attempt to fix or repair your faulty product as this will invalidate your warranty and we will not be able to take your claim further.
MY ORDER IS INCORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you believe the product you received is an incorrect item/size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs so please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
