Had an issue which was sorted quickly and efficiently. Boots are both comfortable( from day 1) and perfect for use. Very happy with them. They were recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend them.

Massively overpriced. My partner has a pair, I have Grisport boots. After the same duration of work, the leather on the Hitec boot is split and leaking water. Both boots are treated with expensive dubbing. £150 is ludicrous

I’ve bought this brand of walking boots for years and have always been really comfortable but this time they feel different. When I walk the front creases and pushes the eyelets into the top of my foot. Such a shame as have always been a reliable boot with a comfortable fit.

Third time of buying these boots. They are a broader fit than most which suits me. Always buy one size bigger so my thick socks fit. Very comfortable boots and quite light. I go hill walking in them and are great for this only criticism is they loose their waterproofing after about 12 months of good use despite cleaning and re proofing with correct products. The comfort is key for me.
