The Hi-Tec Navigator i Waterproof is an innovative walking shoe with built in Bluetooth® technology to guide you to your destination. In association with Lechal, these revolutionary guidance shoes feature a haptic technology navigation pod in each of the insoles. These will vibrate accordingly to tell you which direction to walk in. Simply download the Lechal app on your smartphone and turn on Bluetooth®, then program in your destination. Whenever you need to turn right, your right shoe will give a short vibration. The same will happen in your left shoe when you need to turn left. There are also vibration sequences to indicate when you have taken a wrong turn, and when you have arrived at your destination. The Lechal app's user friendly interface not only navigates but offers various fitness based features. From custom workouts to setting fitness goals. It will also measure your steps, distance and calories burnt.

So how does it work? Well, if the pod is Lechal's heart, then haptics are it's heartbeat. Haptic or vibratory feedback is how your smart footwear guides you, allowing you to navigate intuitively and hands-free. The vibrations are like a tap on the shoulder and you can control their intensity and customise patterns.

If all that isn't enough, the Hi-Tec Navigator walking shoes are packed with even more technology - a durable Michelin outsole for grip, a lightweight XLR8 midsole for energy optimisation, a waterproof Dri-Tec upper to keep feet dry and our exclusive water and dirt resistant i-shield treatment which repels stains, keeping your shoes looking newer for longer.

* Delivery times for Economy Delivery may be longer during periods of high demand. This will be clearly stated at the top of this page and on the basket page when this is the case, giving an indication of the delay up to a maximum of 14 working days.

Hi-Tec UK guarantees that orders will be dispatched in time to be delivered within the delivery times stated above unless clearly communicated otherwise on the Delivery and Basket pages. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales where circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, prevent the postal service or relevant carrier from being able to make the delivery.

** Next Working Day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday to be delivered next day. Orders placed before 12noon on Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 12noon on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. No orders will be shipped or delivered on UK Bank Holidays. Please be aware that residents from Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and UK Offshore Islands are not eligible for Next Day Delivery. RETURNS

Hi-Tec UK offer a generous 90-Day Returns Policy (excluding Hi-Tec Navigator*).
 
Returns are currently FREE for all UK customers via Collect+. Alternatively, customers can return their items via the post office or a courier of their choice at their own cost. Unfortunately, Republic of Ireland residents and those who are not able to get to a Collect+ store are still responsible for the cost of returns, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. 
 
Items can be returned to us for either a size exchange or refund. This is providing that the item is returned within 90 days of your purchase date and that the items are in their original, reusable condition.
